Free Sight Word Activities

I love creating activities that can be used over and over again. It saves me tons of time to be able to use the same materials for many different purposes.

I started creating "Roll, Say, Keep" games to provide a fun format for kids to practice basic skills. Kids forget that they are learning, because they are playing a fun game!
An added benefit is using the same cards for Memory and Go Fish games. Adding a variety of games to your bag of tricks, keeps student interest high.

I wanted to share a free version of my editable "Roll, Say, Keep" game. I hope you enjoy it and are able to capture your students' interest with tons of fun games.
Use this editable version for practice with:
 Letter and sound identification
Sight word recognition
Spelling patterns
Numeral Identification
Addition
Subtraction
Multiplication
Division
Anything that you can dream up!

Are you working with oddball words- words with inconsistent but common spelling-sound correspondences?

These words can be very difficult for young children. They look the same as other words, but don't sound the same. For example: have/gave/save and does/toes/goes

Use these fun task cards to give students practice identifying the oddball words. Students will read the three words and identify the word with the inconsistent spelling-sound correspondence.
