I LOVE summer! I love the warmth, the freedom to play whatever you want, and the great opportunities for learning. I am a year round "learning" kind of mama. I love keeping the kids engage, but it does require a lot of thinking and preparation on my part. I am always looking for great ideas to keep my kids engaged!
Here is a really fun song about 5 Little Fish by Jack Hartmann. I love it, because it includes a finger play that shows kids adding the fish as the song goes along. It is a really upbeat song and fun for the kids!
I have three fish freebies to bring to you! One focuses on language arts and the others on math. I would love your feedback :)
Another great resource that I found for teaching freebies and discounted teaching supplies is Educents. If you have never heard of Educents, it is a wonderful website where you can get tons of discounted teaching materials for school or homeschool setting! Click here, if you would like to make an account! I get referral credit, too :)
Here is a fun bundle to use with your kids during the summer. I know I am always searching for ideas to keep my kids engaged during the summer.
It includes printables, centers, games, science investigations, close reads, and much more! It's a mixture of reading, math, and science to keep the kids working hard through the summer and to get them ready for first grade!
14 instant downloads with over 400 pages of materials perfect for your recent kinder graduates (or your struggling first graders or advanced preschoolers, too!)
You can also take peek at some of the other products included in the bundle at any of the links below!
Have fun teaching everyone!
